1. Everyone's names go in a hat
2. Everybody writes band names and puts them in a second hat
3. Every hour, 4-5 names are drawn, as well as three band names. The people are now a band. They choose one of the band names to represent them.
4. The band goes to the basement and rehearse, they have one hour to write a song.
5. At the end of the hour, the band heads over to the recording studio, where they have one hour to get their masterpiece on tape. Hilarity ensues.
